Position Overview:
As the FOH Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager (GM) to ensure smooth operations, happy guests, and a motivated, high-performing team. This role requires a full-time, focused commitment, and an understanding of both FOH and BOH operations is essential. You’ll be responsible for staffing, managing costs, and minimizing waste—all while ensuring that our restaurant maintains top-notch quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the GM in interviews, selection, training, and development of restaurant staff.
- Lead pre-shift meetings to prepare staff and communicate key details.
- Oversee all FOH scheduling, ensuring proper coverage at all times.
- Manage beer, wine, and soft drink inventory, as well as ordering paper goods.
- Maintain a visible presence in both the dining room and kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
- Develop a deep understanding of all aspects of restaurant operations, from guest interactions to employee management.
- Create a culture of safety and preparedness by supporting risk management programs and emergency procedures.

- Expertise in both FOH and BOH operations.
- Commitment to ensuring a safe, welcoming, and harassment-free work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage costs effectively.
- Familiarity with food safety, health standards, and cash-handling procedures.
- ServSafe certification and Cicerone certification preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work more than 50 hours per week, standing and moving throughout the restaurant.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
