Join a dynamic team and build your international experience within a leading company in the horse riding industry.LIM is currently looking for a Sales Manager to develop sales in North America.Primary Objectives : Grow, develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targetsTravel to recruit, manage and motivate the sales team to maximize performanceEnhance the efficiency of company tools in daily sales activitiesRequirementsResponsibilities : Identify new business opportunities across North America and build strong relationships with clientsAttend major horse shows to represent the companyAnalyze sales performance and prepare detailed performance reviewsTrain, coach, and evaluate sales team members to ensure their growth and effectivenessCollaborate with other departments to deliver an optimal customer serviceCoordinate operational marketing activities to boost network development and increase brand exposureTravel Requirements : Approximately 70% travel within the US and Canada, including 10 Saturdays per yearLocation : Relocation may be requiredCompensation Package : Package : $70,000 base pay in the first year, with monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses - up to $40,000.Paid Time Off (PTO) : 3 weeks plus the week of Christmas100% heath coverage including medical, dental and visionCompany Car
