We're looking for a talented Email Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, lives for data-driven insights, and has the technical expertise to elevate our email marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about campaign performance and leveraging data to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities :
- Data Management & Hygiene : Own and maintain the integrity of our email and web database within HubSpot, ensuring accurate segmentation, clean data, and proper integrations with Salesforce and other platforms.
- Reporting & Insights : Deliver actionable insights through in-depth reporting on key metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Provide recommendations to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Campaign Development : Collaborate on campaign strategy, lending value as the expert on audience segments and engagement within the lifecycle of our customers.
- Campaign Analysis : Evaluate email performance and customer engagement to inform testing strategies, enhancements, and opportunities for improvement in content, collaborating with the Content and Campaign and sales teams as needed.
- A / B Testing : Propose and execute A / B tests on subject lines, CTAs, and other campaign elements to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Technical Execution : Build and deploy email campaigns and workflows in HubSpot, bringing campaigns to life and ensuring flawless execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaboration : Partner closely with the Content & Campaign, RevOps, and Experiential teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing and sales initiatives.
- Compliance and Best Practices : Ensure all email campaigns comply with industry regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) and follow email marketing best practices.
