Responsibilities
- Broker Oklahoma real estate contracts and execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
- Consult with buyers and sellers, converting leads into signed agreements, listings, and closed deals.
- Negotiate offers on behalf of clients and provide expert guidance on pricing strategies, staging, and marketing.
- Conduct two open houses monthly and consistently convert prospecting activities into appointments.
- Track all tasks and activities using PLACE Technology.
- Participate in weekly script practice, 1:1 coaching sessions, and team training.
- Engage in team activities and collaborate in weekly Partner Calls to drive team success.
Qualifications
- Licensed Real Estate Broker with 3 years of sales experience
- Intrinsically motivated, competitive spirit, and driven to succeed
- Exceptional at building rapport, actively listening, and finding solutions
- Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths
- Naturally skilled at overcoming objections and navigating difficult conversations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Growth-minded and eager to learn new skills, including scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- A true team player, committed to delivering exceptional service
