Our Production Supervisors oversee the pace and build of various projects in production. They are responsible for ensuring builds are completed timely, while working alongside their teammates to see the projects through to completion.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· This position has direct supervisory responsibilities for a small team of fabricators.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage 2 to 3 teams of fabricators.
· Ensure active projects are on schedule and being built to spec.
· Look ahead and plan for project roadblocks and challenges.
· Collaborate with PM and Purchasing on build challenges and timeline.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
· Set and maintain pace – Lead by setting the standard for timeliness and leading with positivity that reflects “Lime Way” behavior.
· Project quality – exudes excellence to ensure project completion is to spec and quality of the work meets Lime standards and stays on budget.
· Proactive judgment – Looks ahead and plans for roadblocks and challenges and communicates those predictions effectively.
· Collaboration – works closely with Project Managers and Purchasing on build challenges and timeline.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· High energy, organized, and flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project, and deadline-oriented environment.
· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to comprehend, interpret, and communicate project expectations and changes.
· Strong attention to detail, and unafraid to ask questions to iterate clarity to the team.
· Strong initiative and capability to manage timeliness of the team and project.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
· 1 Year of supervisory experience or leadership capabilities identified in non-supervisory role.
