We offer subscription-based services that help homeowners care for their home. We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Service Lead to lead our sales efforts and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Position Overview :
As the Sales and Service Lead at LimeBricks, you will be responsible for driving sales growth while ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service. We are looking for someone who is dynamic and ambitious and who shares our values of providing great customer experience, moving quickly and saving our customers time and money while providing them with great service. This role requires a high level of agency, creativity, and leadership. The ideal candidate is a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellence.
You’ll be a critical part of the team and have a tremendous impact on the growth and success of the company. This is a full time role but in exceptional cases, we’ll be open to a contract to hire.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in Direct to consumer or SMB sales and a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. In addition to having great sales and communication skills, the ideal candidate is also enterprising, a team player and willing to do what it takes to make our customers happy and the company successful. Experience with residential services and / or real estate is highly desirable.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and leads and understand their needs for home maintenance, repair, and improvement services.
- Convert leads and incoming enquiries into sales while making sure the customers needs are met.
- Make outbound sales calls to secure new business.
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve goals.
- Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and manage customer interactions throughout the sales process.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Capture customer feedback and help gather positive customer reviews.
- Become well-versed in our products and services and educate customers about them.
- Collect information about jobs, obtain estimates, and secure customer approval for work.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
- Work closely with service teams to coordinate and schedule maintenance visits, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Leverage existing processes while focusing on process improvements and efficiencies.
- Prepare and analyze reports to track performance metrics and identify trends.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements that enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.
