Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming phone calls, providing accurate information and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the office, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication purposes.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide support as needed to enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or similar roles; prior experience as a dental receptionist is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in Google Suite and other office software.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
