Job Responsibilities:
- Lead & Mentor: Supervise and provide guidance to accounting staff, serving as the go-to resource and primary backup during absences.
- Daily Operations: Oversee daily bank reconciliations, cash management, and petty cash tracking.
- General Ledger Management: Reconcile assigned GL accounts and analyze expenses to ensure accurate transaction recording.
- Payroll & Commissions: Manage payroll processes and handle monthly sales commission vouchers and payments.
- Credit Card Transactions: Process and reconcile monthly credit card transactions.
- Month-End Close: Assist in the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Accounts Payable: Take full ownership of AP, including voucher processing, payment generation, electronic submissions, and vendor dispute resolution.
- Accounts Receivable: Oversee AR functions, review transactions, resolve issues, and evaluate new customer creditworthiness.
- Audits & Reporting: Support audits, financial reporting, and internal control documentation.
- Risk Management: Monitor and assess high-risk accounts, escalating issues as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field with 5-10 years of experience.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), SAP, Paylocity, and other accounting software.
- Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Must be detail-oriented, flexible, and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Team Player: A good sense of humor and a collaborative mindset are non-negotiables.
