What you’ll be doing:
- Billing, applying credits, and cash apps - group generates 400 invoices/day.
- Identify and resolves billing issues. Communicate with internal staff to facilitate resolution.
- Work with clients to transmit invoices according to client specific requirements
- Collections of open receivables - communicate with clients to ensure billing is received, accepted, and processed for payment
- AP keying –back up and overflow for the AP Accountant including keying and processing voids – they process 200/week (scan in, software matches to PO, key in errors/exceptions), 2-way matching, invoice to PO
- Month end reporting
- General ledger reconciliations and assisting with month end close processes
- Light administrative duties
- Special projects for the Controller or the CFO
- Provide internal and external reporting to management and customers, as required
What we’re looking for:
- Junior or Senior majoring in Accounting, Finance, or other related business degree
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and look for the best way to do things
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written in a professional, courteous and knowledgeable manner
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks according to deadlines and urgency and complete them in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to create, edit and analyze Excel spreadsheet including pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, etc.
- Ability to provide keen attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
