We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that concrete surfaces are smooth, durable, and aesthetically pleasing.
Duties
- Prepare and set up concrete forms according to project specifications.
- Mix concrete using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Pour, spread, and level concrete using hand tools and machinery.
- Finish surfaces of poured concrete using various tools such as trowels, floats, and edgers.
- Apply caulking and stucco as needed for finishing touches.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
- Assist with masonry tasks as required, including bricklaying or block laying.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating concrete mixers and related machinery.
- Strong understanding of construction site practices and safety measures.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Experience with trim carpentry and masonry work is a plus.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes is beneficial.
- Familiarity with roofing tasks can enhance versatility on the job site.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality finishes.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
