Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facility management, with expertise in HVAC systems, electrical maintenance, and leadership. This role is critical in ensuring that our facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained to support our organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Oversee maintenance management activities, including scheduling and coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and voltmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues and maintain equipment.
- Fabricate and modify equipment as needed to improve functionality and efficiency.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures for HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Interpret schematics and blueprints to assist in facility layout planning and equipment installation.
- Lead a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized services or repairs as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment status.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field is essential.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, logic controllers, and maintenance management practices.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Proficiency in using technical tools such as ohmmeters and voltmeters for troubleshooting purposes.
- Familiarity with reading schematics and blueprints is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

_ Compensation:_
The annual salary for this position ranges from $18.00- $23.00 with benefits including paid time off, a flexible work schedule, and a supportive company culture. The position requires direct collaboration with team members. As a result, this position requires the applicant to work onsite at least 3-4 days a week. LINC has the discretion to permit remote work for 1-2 days per week, as appropriate.
