This employee will review and process documentation to ensure accurate customer invoicing.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain both facility and resident accounts
- Review documentation for business sent in from field reps
- Make changes as necessary within accounts to reflect delivery/pickup/sale
- Submit approved documents to regional billing centers for billing
- Obtain and review documentation for third party billing
- Investigate customer disputes
- Work closely with regional billing centers to ensure accurate customer invoicing
Qualifications:
- Effectively communicate with co-workers and customers
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions
- Position requires high school diploma or equivalent, as well as related experience and/or training
- Computer experience
- Data entry experience
