What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager position at Linchris Hotel Corporation?
We are currently looking for a General Manager for The Wolfeboro Inn located in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire. This is a busy 43 room hotel, with its peak season in the summer and fall. Linchris has managed this hotel since 2025. You will find that the Linchris management structure allows for easy communication and quick decision making for our general managers.
The management team is professional, with a solid sales department and most importantly focuses on the basics, a clean hotel, good service, good food and ensuring a good night’s rest. If you are our candidate you will be constantly asked, “What do you need to be #1”.

The Wolfeboro Inn is a full-service hotel, 43 rooms, located directly on Lake Winnipesauke, with a restaurant, lounge, and catering event space.
The candidate must possess excellent leadership and revenue management skills as well as strong oral and written communication abilities. The position requires developing an annual Business Plan, knowledge of reading and understanding monthly financial statements, excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate workforce at all levels.
