Job Summary:
Lincoln Electric Product Co. Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to lead our procurement activities. This critical role ensures the efficient, cost-effective and timely sourcing of materials and services to support our manufacturing and operational needs.
The Procurement Manager will develop procurement strategies, manage vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
This full-time, exempt position reports directly to Senior Management and requires a hands-on approach in an Office, Warehouse, or shop Environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals and operational needs.
- Full lifecycle—planning, sourcing, negotiation, buying, and managing supplier relationships.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective contracts and favorable terms.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee supplier performance, resolving issues such as delays, quality concerns, and contact disputes.
- Oversee sourcing, purchasing, and inventory control processes to optimize costs and efficiency.
- Monitor procurement metrics and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards in all procurement activities.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Finance teams to forecast demand and plan purchasing activities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Assist in other areas as needed to support overall company operations and objectives.
- Create and maintain suppliers On Time Delivery Performance metrics.
- Refine and maintain RMA process for the defected products received from Vendors and maintain vendors performance data base.
- Ensure that current lead times and prices of purchased components are accurately maintained in ERP System.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field, with 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong background in manufacturing or industrial procurement is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Advance Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate the procurement team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for supplier and internal collaboration.
- Comprehensive understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) are a plus.
