PRIMARY FUNCTION

Work in coordination with the Manager and other coworkers to ensure that all jobs are processed to the specifications of each job and meets the outlined requirements.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process jobs, and modifying data with Catia and Enovia.
• Writing saw sheets and ordering materials
• Operating equipment using safe work habits.
• Examining work pieces for defects.
• Measure work pieces with straight edges, tape measure, scale, or templates to ensure conformance with specifications.
• Clamping, holding, tack-welding, grinding or bolting component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for welding.
• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Able to read blueprints and weld symbols
• Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Documents actions by completing production time sheets.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Other duties as assigned
