Job Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Painter to join our team. Under general supervision, the candidate will be responsible for painting our CNC machines.

Essential Functions

• To be able to brush, roll, or spray protective coatings on machinery, structures and equipment throughout the Company.
• Must be willing and able to perform other shop duties such as crating and assembly
• Must be technically competent in all phases of surface preparation and application.
• Must have the ability to design and execute from verbal instructions.
• Maintaining a safe work environment
• Directs and trains others as required
• Must have a good working knowledge of surface preparation, various paints and solvents.

Qualifications

• Uncompromising attitude toward safety, quality and productivity
• Must be able to read and understand specifications and prints
• Must possess good organizational skills
• Must be a competent rigger
• Above average hand dexterity is required
• Must be able to install walls or partitions prior to painting
• Knowledge of all quality procedures necessary to produce various items.
• Ability and knowledge to meet all written specifications and prints to ensure compliance with all standards.
• Must be physically able to bend, stoop, climb, reach, lift 75 lbs, lift continuous weight, and stand/walk on concrete floors.
