Job Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Painter to join our team. Under general supervision, the candidate will be responsible for painting our CNC machines.
- To be able to brush, roll, or spray protective coatings on machinery, structures and equipment throughout the Company.
- Must be willing and able to perform other shop duties such as crating and assembly
- Must be technically competent in all phases of surface preparation and application.
- Must have the ability to design and execute from verbal instructions.
- Maintaining a safe work environment
- Directs and trains others as required
- Must have a good working knowledge of surface preparation, various paints and solvents.
Job Requirements
- Uncompromising attitude toward safety, quality and productivity
- Must be able to read and understand specifications and prints
- Must possess good organizational skills
- Must be a competent rigger
- Above average hand dexterity is required
- Must be able to install walls or partitions prior to painting
- Knowledge of all quality procedures necessary to produce various items.
- Ability and knowledge to meet all written specifications and prints to ensure compliance with all standards.
- Must be physically able to bend, stoop, climb, reach, lift 75 lbs, lift continuous weight, and stand/walk on concrete floors.
