What You Will Do
- Collaborates with marketing & content support pertaining to channel initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to manage marketing content, format, and delivery mechanisms for US based channel initiatives.
- Oversee and attend vendor show/affiliation event planning and execution (Educator workshops, end user training, education trade shows and others).
- Education contract & affiliation management: manage customer contracts ensuring information is correct and concise. Verify costs, services as well as maintain files, in a manner that facilitates efficient report out capability.
- Manage consignment portfolio following internal accounting policies and procedures.
- Donations – manage education donation budget, reporting & marketing opportunities as a result of donation initiatives.
- Facilitate donation request, and maintain reporting on donation network & portfolio.
- Develop protocols for assessing and filtering donation requests.
- Identify marketing opportunities and protocols.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of efforts across channels, utilizing metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Can be achieved by: Education Channel reporting – report out content includes:
- Revenue by channel for Education and Trades/Unions.
- Network interconnectivity – the innerworkings of the Education and Trades/Union network and how our actions and initiatives impact that network & growth in revenue.
- Facilitate customer questions and inquiries related to the ULINC program. Assess the needs coordinate with the team as necessary, assist with trouble shooting for common problems.
- Use digital and various software tools (SAP-PRD) to ensure compliance with internal processes related to inventory management, and various other functions pertaining to the channel activities.
- Provide department expertise by supporting grant funding requests pertaining to weld program construction and additions.
- Partner with other departments and field staff on projects pertaining to Education & Trade/Union initiatives and programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, or related fields plus 3-5 years relative experience.
- Channel Marketing and/or Education Industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external contacts at all levels of the organization.
- Understanding of business metrics preferred (i.e., operating margins, pricing logic, product marketing, etc.).
- Excellent computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce, and SAP.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
