About the Role:
At Lincoln Electric, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for industrial automation equipment. This role involves ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, test, train, install, and maintain various types of industrial automation equipment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences consistently.
- Work in individually focused or team-based environments as required.
- Conduct industrial troubleshooting in areas such as electrical, mechanical, PLC, HMI, robot programming, networks, and Fieldbus.
- Meet project timelines and deliver results efficiently.
Requirements:
- Machine Programming (PLC/HMI) experience is highly valued.
- Safety System, Network, and Fieldbus Programming and Trouble Shooting experience is preferred.
- Experience in robotic processes is an asset.
- Hydraulic/Pneumatic/Lubrication system troubleshooting experience is desirable.
- Experience with in-field installation and start-up of intermediate to advanced level manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge of system preventative maintenance on intermediate to advanced level manufacturing equipment.
- Able to read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints.
- Robot Programming experience – Fanuc and ABB are highly valued.
- Familiarity with one of the following robotic processes: GMAW or Plasma cutting.
- Successfully complete start up and debug on basic to intermediate level systems.
- Intermediate electrical troubleshooting skills are essential.
- A record of positive customer feedback.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum requirement: High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational school preferred).
- Preferred: Associates degree focused in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, or robotics.
- 4 or more years electrical troubleshooting experience is highly valued.
- Minimum five years of field service experience.
