Lincoln Federal Savings Bank is seeking applications for the position of Customer Service Representative at its location in Benkelman, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales and communication skills with the ability to take initiative when responding to customer needs. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer’s day-to-day financial transactions. This position is also responsible for assisting customer’s in opening accounts and educating them on all the services Lincoln Federal Savings Bank offers to help them reach their financial goals.

Pay is dependent on experience.
Education/Qualifications/Skills/Abilities:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior banking experience and/or cash handling experience preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- General math, typing and 10 key adding machine skills are necessary.
