Job Description
The Lincoln Group has partnered with a local Company, in search of a Class A Driver Applicator in Santa Maria CA!
Type of Hire : Contract to Hire
Title : Class A Driver Applicator
Location : Santa Maria, CA
Work Schedule : Night Shift, 5pm until finished, 8 -10 hour shift
Monday- Saturday ,40hrs a week with overtime as needed
Compensation : $23.00- $25.00
Principle Duties :
Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to crops in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations.
- Operate and maintain application equipment, including sprayers and other machinery.
- Mix and prepare chemical solutions as per the instructions.
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust application strategies accordingly.
- Keep detailed records of applications and product usage.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding application schedules and progress.
