We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Applicator to join our team. This position involves applying treatments for pest control, lawn care, and other agricultural needs using both hand and power tools. The Applicator will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and aesthetics of landscapes and crops.
Responsibilities
- Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers according to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Operate farm machinery and equipment efficiently to ensure accurate application of products.
- Conduct regular inspections of treated areas to monitor effectiveness and identify any issues.
- Maintain equipment, including hand tools and power tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective pest control strategies tailored to specific landscapes or crops.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding treatments.
- Keep accurate records of applications, including types of products used, quantities applied, and areas treated.
Experience
- Previous experience in farm or landscape settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with pest control methods and lawn care practices is advantageous.
- Ability to drive vehicles safely while transporting equipment and materials.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to applicator tasks.
- Experience operating farm machinery is a plus.
