Program:The Educational Technology Services Team at the Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12 offers expertise in disciplines including administrative, network administration, system integration, application and desktop support. Educational Technology Services is here to provide leadership, innovation and expertise to educational entities in Adams, Franklin and York Counties.
Description:
This role serves as a critical point of contact for IT support within the LIU, and the position's success is contingent on delivering exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues promptly and effectively. The individual in this role contributes significantly to maintaining a positive and productive technology environment for LIU users.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- A two-year technical degree, plus a minimum of 1-3 years of experience within the technology support field, is preferred.
- Requires proficiency with the Microsoft and Google suites of office products.
- Must demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling tasks and responsibilities.
- Must uphold a high level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and ensure the security of confidential data.
- Actively engage with and contribute to a collaborative team environment, fostering effective communication and cooperation with team members.
- Display flexibility in handling multiple tasks and adjusting work hours as needed to meet the demands and priorities of our customers.
- Exhibit the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and utilize time management techniques to ensure efficient and timely completion of responsibilities.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to ongoing changes, staying open to acquiring new knowledge and capabilities.
Terms of Employment: Full-time, 8 hours/day, 260 days/year
Salary: $20.50/hr, plus excellent benefits.
