What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the trusted liaison between clients and our service team, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Proactively address customer concerns and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
- Educate clients on maintenance needs, repairs, and warranty options, prioritizing their safety and satisfaction.
- Work with a highly motivated team of skilled technicians, responsible valets, and dedicated customer service representatives who support your success.
- Maintain outstanding CSI scores, demonstrating a commitment to client delight and dealership excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor at a dealership.
- The ability to provide CSI scores from the last 90 days.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
