WHO WE ARE:
Our Volvo Lincoln service facility in Bergenfield is undergoing a major reboot—and at the heart of that transformation is our customer communication. Right now, we're missing opportunities because we don’t have the right leadership on the phones. We need someone relentless in ensuring we: Answer every call with urgency Follow up FAST and keep customers engaged Drive outbound efforts to fill the schedule and bring back lost customers Lead by example and hold the team accountable
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Take charge of our small but growing Service BDC team (1 full-time, 1 part-time) Set clear goals for outbound calls, appointment setting, and follow-ups Jump on the phones when needed—this is NOT a sit-back-and-manage role Coach, train, and motivate the team to be proactive, not reactive Own the results—we need to see real improvements in appointment volume, show rates, and customer engagement
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
BDC leadership experience in automotive service, sales, or a high-volume call center Strong outbound calling & appointment setting skills - you know how to overcome objections and close the appointment Relentless follow-up mindset—no customer falls through the cracks on your watch Ability to create structure & accountability—if something isn’t working, you fix it Energy, urgency, and a drive to WIN—we’re here to improve, not coast
