Answer every call with urgency
Follow up FAST and keep customers engaged
Drive outbound efforts to fill the schedule and bring back lost customers
Lead by example and hold the team accountable
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Help make it EASY for our clients to do business withus!
Answer inbound calls within the first 3 rings
Make proactive outbound calls to clients who haven't had a chance to schedule with us yet
Provide world class attention and service to each client
Own the results—we need to see real improvements in appointment volume, show rates, and customer engagement
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
BDC experience in automotive service, sales, or a high-volume call center
Strong outbound calling & appointment setting skills – you know how to overcome objections and close the appointment
Relentless follow-up mindset—no customer falls through the cracks on your watch
Ability to create structure & accountability—if something isn’t working, you fix it
