What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist (Per Diem ) position at Lincoln Park Center?
Lincoln Park Healthcare Campus is currenty seeking Part Time and Per Diem Receptionists to Join our team .
4pm-8pm or 8pm - 4pm per diem
Part Time 4pm-8pm
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be knowledgeable in Customer Service general office work, have proficient computer skills .
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for documentation and distribution of patient information to various department and agencies in regard to placement and financial status. Provides information to visitors and vendors as needed.
1. Answers all calls properly and with courtesy.
2. Directs all calls appropriately and timely
3. Communicates messages to appropriate Dept. Directors and Key Senior Leadership.
4. Directs First Responders appropriately and responsibly.
5. Follows emergency procedures relating to use of Intercom System.
6. Monitors sign in and out protocols.
7. Monitors entrance to ensure no resident leaves the building.
8. Keeps reception area neat and organized
9. Performs light secretarial duties as assigned.
10. Provides visitors with visitor badge.
11. Monitors and logs in deliveries to reception area.
12. Assist with mail as needed.
13. Follow all safety and security procedures with entrance doors.
14. Contacts administration department heads and senior leadership in a timely manner to inform of facility problem or emergency.
15. Notifies administration promptly of any department of health official visits.
16. Filing , Organizing and assisting with responsibilities not limited to reception .
