Job Description
Early Childhood Coordinator - LPS is hiring an early childhood coordinator position. In this position the Early Childhood Coordinator works 189 days plus 24 days. Position will begin July 1, 2025.
The Early Childhood Coordinator is responsible for providing on-site leadership to the early childhood programs at the designated elementary school(s). The successful candidate demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills in addition to the initiative and drive to successfully apply leadership and organizational skills to supervise the program and support staff in the implementation of the LPS preschool program. Must have knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices, NDE Rules 11, 51 and 52, and IDEA.
- This position includes additional days (14) as part of the Coordinator stipend as well as 10 additional days for summer programming/services.
This position is subject to a veterans preference.
