What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and report on monthly cash flow, using tools like pivot tables to organize and analyze data.
- Manage and update lease accounting records, including entries maintained through cloud-based platforms.
- Lead month-end close processes—prepare detailed journal entries and perform thorough account reconciliations.
- Ensure all accounting practices comply with GAAP and meet federal and state regulatory standards.
- Support budget development and tracking across departments and projects.
- Partner with external auditors to facilitate smooth year-end audit activities.
