LINCOLN-SUDBURY REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT 390 LINCOLN ROAD SUDBURY, MASSACHUSETTS 01776 EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY 2024-2025 School Year Title: Subvarsity Boys Volleyball Coach Position Summary: Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School seeks a Subvarsity Boys Volleyball Coach for the upcoming 2025 season. The 2025 spring season runs from Monday March 17th through early June. Practices are generally after school. This successful program has varsity and junior varsity levels. Duties and Responsibilities (Not limited to): The subvarsity coach is responsible for all aspects of coaching a JV Volleyball team and assisting the varsity team while adhering to rules and guidelines set forth by the school, Dual County League and MIAA. Expectations: *Teaching the L-S Athletics Curriculum *Must be able to take the MIAA Coaching Course *Ability to drive the school van to away games *Ability to work with high school population *Understanding of high school sports operations *Work well with high school students, parents and other coaches *Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills *Understands the importance of fun in high school athletics *Be prepared, punctual and ethical Experience Preferred: *Experience coaching Volleyball *Experience competing in Volleyball at the high school level or higher Stipend as per contract.
