Director of Admissions

Lincoln Tech is seeking a Director of Admissions, onsite at our Denver, CO campus, who will provide leadership in student recruitment, empower campus admission goals, and develop strong internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities For a Director Of Admissions

• Oversee and develop a team of successful admissions representatives to recruit students to join our programs
• Lead and cultivate an environment of teamwork, commitment, and ownership
• Provide staff training, development, and mentorship
• Direct the team to deliver company goals
• Collect, analyze, and use data to improve recruitment efforts
• Oversee the planning of events associated with recruitment and information for new and prospective students
  
  

Requirements For a Director Of Admissions

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of experience in Management, Sales, Marketing, Business or Military Leadership
• Proficiency with current technology
