What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retention Facilitator position at Lincoln Tech?
Lincoln Tech is seeking a remote Retention Facilitator to support our custom training graduates' ongoing professional and personal development. The Retention Facilitator will assess student performance and design action plans to address their development needs. This role also includes maintaining, facilitating, and executing partnership agreements as assigned by the Director of Education/VP of the WFL Group.

Responsibilities For a Retention Facilitator
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships with key managers responsible for training program delivery
- Establish and nurture relationships with graduates of custom training programs
- Analyze individual graduate needs and develop actionable plans for growth
- Implement strategies to meet learner expectations while coordinating with the WFL Education Team and corporate/partner leaders
- Collaborate with the Education Team on program development and maintenance
- Maintain accurate and consistent documentation, including activity reports and challenge assessments
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical practices, and guidelines set by government and accrediting organizations
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role with a demonstrated track record of success
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and leading new learners
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining trust and effective working relationships
- Remote position with occasional travel
