Join us in driving efficiency and excellence in education administration. Lincoln Tech is looking for an Administrative Assistant - Education who will administer the day-to-day workflow of our Education Group.
Responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant
- Creates correspondence for the Education Group, including word processing of letters, memos, forms, policies, and procedures (including handling of confidential information)
- Provides administrative support, including telephone coverage, correspondence, supply control, and necessary communications, both internal and external
- Interfaces with students and potential students as needed
- Functions as a liaison with the schools, disseminating reports from the Corporate Education Department
- Maintains attendance calendar for key management personnel
- Prepares orienttion materials, faculty folders, and class rosters
- Resolves credential issues and assists tech spport team on designated events and days
Requirements of an Administrative Assistant
- 3 years' administrative experience
- 2 years of college or equivalent work experience
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Great organizational skills
- Team player, who is able to assist different departments
