Duties
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and other clerical tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning as needed
- Support various departments with administrative tasks
- Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Previous experience in administration, office support, or a related role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
