Responsibilities for a Commercial Fire and Security Alarm Technician Instructor:
- Present an engaging curriculum aligned with our company's coursework and plans
- Stress the importance of safety and code compliance
- Foster student growth, professionalism, and accountability for future careers
- Maintain regular communication and engagement with students Prepare students for diverse electrical career paths
- Monitor student performance and offer support as needed
- Provide timely feedback and grade assignments
- Stay responsive to program leadership and student needs through various communication channels
Requirements for a Commercial Fire and Security Alarm Technician Instructor:
- Required to have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in:
- Commercial Fire and Security systems Low Voltage Electrical systems
- Experienced with national and local building code
- Construction experience
- NICET Level II Certification
- Teaching experience a plus
- High school diploma/GED
- Infrequent travel is required
Pay Range
- Custom Program - Instructor: $80,000 salary
