About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Quality System Director to manage our product assurance program, ensuring the prevention or elimination of defects in new or existing products. As a key member of our Quality Assurance Department, you will be responsible for promoting awareness of regulatory and customer requirements throughout the organization.
In this role, you will oversee the tactical operations of the Quality Assurance Department, including personnel management, team core culture establishment, and collaboration with all manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and EHS departments. You will also manage all aspects of our company quality system, direct regulatory/ISO compliance, document control, and support staff management.
