We are seeking a highly organized and proactive team member to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of dental office procedures.
Responsibilities:.
Monitor office supplies, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
Financial Management:Oversee billing and insurance processes, ensuring accurate coding, claims submission, and timely collections.
Manage patient accounts, handle financial inquiries, and facilitate payment plans as needed.
Collaborate with dental providers to optimize treatment plans and promote case acceptance.
Patient Experience and Communication:Maintain a welcoming and patient-focused environment by delivering exceptional customer service.
Address patient concerns, inquiries, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner.
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication to ensure optimal patient flow.
Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, and financial options, promoting informed decision-making.
Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance:Ensure compliance with all relevant dental regulations, privacy laws, and industry standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Team Collaboration:Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Coordinate with dental providers to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.
Facilitate staff training and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a dental office manager or in a relevant administrative role within a dental or medical practice.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
- Proficiency in dental office software and management systems.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing a team.

The office hours are:
Monday: 8-2
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 730-500
Friday 730-3
