Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will coordinate and manage various project activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to facilitate communication, track project progress, and handle administrative tasks. This role is pivotal in maintaining project documentation, scheduling meetings, and supporting the overall project lifecycle to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with key partners on the localization team, cross-functional teams, and vendors to support operations specific to GenAI linguistic evaluation, annotation services, and other localization services provided to company-wide stakeholders.
• Triage, scope, and process incoming requests, create and submit tasks, and monitor task progress until completion.
• Communicate directly with requesters when additional information or due date / scope negotiation is required to make their requests actionable.
• Ensure tasks assigned to vendors and / or internal partners are clearly defined and understood regarding work expectations, task priority level, and deadlines.
• Keep requesters informed of progress and any potential delays specific to their requests.
• Educate requesters to help them meet requirements and follow best practices in the future.
• Contribute to internal team workflow / process optimization and documentation.
• Identify and flag workflow, process, tooling, or other issues and opportunities for improvement / efficiency.
