Technical Project Manager II

Summary: As the Project Manager for the Content Tools Program, your mission is to enhance the Content Organization’s productivity capabilities. You will achieve this by ensuring internal tools and business workflows evolve in tandem with the organization’s growth and strategy. You will join a diverse team of program and project managers supporting a multi-disciplinary organization dedicated to delivering high-quality experiences across various product lines, including VR headsets. This role is ideal for a project manager with extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform and other productivity tools. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at working with internal and external partners to achieve business outcomes through influence. Your expertise in project management, design, and technical solutions will remove ambiguity and deliver intuitive UX and integrated backend systems that accelerate productivity.

Role Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of activations and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategy.
• Collaborate with the Partnerships team to lead execution, including timelines, budgets, event location sourcing, contracts, vendor management, and communication.
• Maintain organized status sheets, job folders, and build and input data into G Suite slides, decks, docs, and sheets.
• Manage a high volume of ongoing events with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Oversee external vendor relationships (agencies, venues, production companies, etc.).
• Communicate professionally with creators and partners.
• Gather social posts in real-time to share with partners and internal teams.
• Track and report on data to estimate ROI and performance.
• Collaborate closely with XFN in advance of activations to coordinate distinct priorities.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in program/project management, scaling business workflows and operations via enterprise software solutions.
• Project management knowledge with experience leading multiple initiatives simultaneously, from ideation to post-launch phases, with minimal oversight.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com and platform solutions, including system architecture, data models, UX design, and system integrations based on business use cases.
• Vendor management experience, including sourcing vendors, defining scope, planning, and executing projects based on Statement of Work terms.
• Proficiency in productivity tools such as JIRA, Zendesk, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Visio/LucidChart.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with proprietary back-end systems or third-party applications.
• Strong communication skills for navigating complex cross-functional work streams and achieving business outcomes through influence.
• Demonstrated roadmap and prioritization practices for frequent and consistent improvements to systems used by a diverse group of users.
• Experience defining program KPIs to promote data-driven decision-making and collaboration.
• Proficiency in delivering polished presentations on tactical and strategic levels, including updates to leadership.

Location: Remote (PST preferred)

Role type: Contract 12 Month Position
