Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, organized, and proactive Learning Center Office Manager who is passionate about customer service to join the management team at our Elmhurst Lindamood-Bell® Learning Center.
Our Learning Center Office Managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of office operations, including account management, scheduling, and project management. They are integral and active members of our Sales teams, participating in the organization and execution of marketing efforts. The Learning Center Office Manager is often the first point of contact with clients. They develop relationships with our students and parents, modeling the Lindamood-Bell culture of friendly customer service in a warm and welcoming manner. Our Learning Center Office Managers keep operations running smoothly and efficiently, as no two days are exactly the same. Join us as we create the Magic of Learning!
This is a regular, full-time position.
Qualifications :
- Associate's degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently while also being part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and independently problem-solve.
- Experience handling complex calendaring and scheduling for a center of at least 10-20 staff and students.
- Ability to maintain flexibility, demonstrating composure while switching between tasks efficiently in a rapidly changing environment without compromising the quality of work.
- Exceptional people skills-strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are a must.
- Enthusiasm and passion for impacting the education industry.
- Desire to work in an environment with children and families.
- Proven experience understanding and upholding company policies.
- Comfortable utilizing Apple software and GSuite applications preferred.
Responsibilities :
Manage multiple phone lines, including answering and accurately transferring calls in a timely manner. Be the first point of contact in the center and greet / help all clients that come into the offices.
Provide general information about Lindamood-Bell services.

Compensation : The annual salary for this position is $59,000 - $61,000.
