What you will enjoy doing*
- In this role you will work with Project Managers to develop and status project schedules
- Additionally, you will develop and maintain templates for project schedules and resource planning
- You will assist Project managers and Engineering managers in workload prioritization
- Coordinating workload & resource planning & forecasting updates is part of your role
- You will be responsible for proposal and project account setup and invoicing
- You are proficient with Microsoft Project Scheduling software, as it is required for this role
- You have knowledge in project engineering and construction activities
- Effective coordination and planning skills are required
- Proficiency with Microsoft office tools
- Experience with SAP beneficial
- Minimum 5 years experience is required for this role
- BS or BA preferred
