- Performs inventory management of Industrial Gases and Hardgoods via phone
- Provides support for ongoing customers by answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments and resolving problems
- Prepares analysis, agendas, content, materials, and follow up documentation as appropriate to assist sales teams in exploring client needs during the course of the sales process
- Solves range of straightforward problems and delivers solutions in a timely manner
- Communicates clearly and follows up to close the loop on open customer needs
- Makes recommendations to external customers
- Completes non-routine assignments that required a longer timeframe
- Proposal Support
- Cylinder audit support
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior Sales Support experience is preferred
- Individual must have strong organizational, and leadership skills, ability to multitask, possess excellent communication skills, and have great attention to detail
