Linde is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team located in Grand Rapids, MI.
Responsibilities
- Draft Product Supply Agreements, provide Quotes/RFQ’s, as requested
- Contract price management and entry, pricing dispute resolution, update pricing, fees, surcharges
- Assist in researching/pulling invoices and POD’s, generate usage reports
- Monitor Blanket Purchase Orders
- Ensures ongoing accuracy of customer and product information
- Provides support for ongoing customers by answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments, and resolving problems
- Solves a range of straightforward problems and delivers solutions in a timely manner
- Communicates clearly and follows up to close the loop on open customer needs
- Ability to use and manipulate Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to track and report customer information as needed
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior Customer Excellence Center experience is preferred
- Microsoft Excel skills are preferred
- Microsoft Word skills are preferred
- Individual must have strong organizational, and leadership skills, have the ability to multitask, possess excellent communication skills, and have great attention to detail
