Pay: $2,000 Sign on Bonus with base pay range of $60,000 - $80,000 (Depending on Experience)
What You'll Do:
- Get hands-on with advanced industrial instruments transmitters, PLC systems, analyzers, automatic valves, and more.
- Maintain and troubleshoot key electrical systems (<600V), including motors, UPS systems, and transformers.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs, and tackle corrective maintenance challenges head-on.
- Identify and resolve chronic (bad actors) instrumentation issues to keep operations running smoothly.
- Leverage your expertise in calibration software (Procal) and assist with FDA and cGMP validation activities.
- Travel occasionally (~20%) to support nearby facilities.
- Lead and innovate by training new talent, implementing new technologies, and driving the adoption of best practices.
This role combines both hands-on fieldwork and office-based collaboration, so adaptability is key. From troubleshooting under the sun to climbing man-lifts or crane baskets, you'll play an essential role in keeping our operations safe and efficient.
What We re Looking For:
A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and has a strong technical background. Specifically, you ll need:
- An Associate s degree in Instrumentation/Electronics or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in preventive/predictive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting for instrumentation systems.
- Clear, proactive communication and teamwork skills.
- A strong ability to manage multiple tasks independently and make technical decisions confidently.
- Willingness to travel (~20%) and work some overtime to keep things running seamlessly.
