What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teller - Hampton position at Lindell Bank?
As a Teller at our Hampton location, you will accurately and efficiently process and record transactions for bank customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform banking tasks, including making deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cash advances, receiving loan payments, and cashing checks
- Balance cash drawer on a daily basis
- Scan work for image capture
- Process credit card payments and collect safe deposit box rental fees
- Comply and stay up-to-date with bank policies and procedures and banking regulations
- Demonstrate good risk management decisions, such as a solid understanding of guidelines for fraud prevention and robbery
- Assist customers by answering questions, resolving complaints, and cross-selling other products and services
- Other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Cash handling (1 years required)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
