What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teller position at Lindell Bank?
Summary:
As a Teller at our Clayton location, you will accurately and efficiently process and record transactions for bank customers by providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform a variety of banking tasks, including making deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cash advances, receiving loan payments, and cashing checks
- Balance cash drawer on a daily basis
- Scan work for image capture
- Process credit card payments and collect safe deposit box rental fees
- Comply and stay up-to-date with bank policies and procedures and banking regulations
- Demonstrate good risk management decisions, such as a solid understanding of guidelines for fraud prevention and robbery
- Other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1 year of cash handling experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Banking experience preferred
