Dietary SupervisorResponsibilities
- Ensure timely and efficient food production andmeal service to all residents
- Develop food preparation, distribution, andsanitation schedule
- Assist in the recruitment, interviewing, and selectionof dietary personnel
- Adhere to all fire safety, infection control,confidentiality, resident directed care, and resident rights regulations andguidelines
- Ensure staff compliance of dietary procedures,policies, and responsibilities,
- Assign, supervise, and direct food service toall service areas
- Forecast needs of the department and report tonecessary personnel
