Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing clinical operations, including medication management, pain management, wound care, nutrition, and respiratory care
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Managing outside support services, such as hospice, therapy, and home health
- Trending and analyzing clinical quality areas, developing corrective action plans, and implementing and evaluating results
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license in the state where you operate
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a registered nurse
- Management experience within a Home Health, Assisted Living, and/or Memory Care licensed setting (preferred)
- Comfort working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems (preferred)
