The Job:
This is an excellent opportunity to join our team and contribute to the well-being of our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, and working closely with our interdisciplinary team to achieve our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive plan of care to meet the resident's clinical and care needs in collaboration with the interdisciplinary and neighborhood team.
- Support resident preferences, routines, and choices in the resident's electronic medical record.
- Ensure that documentation is current, accurate, and timely.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
- Active RN license in the state in which they will practice.
- CPR certification required.
