At Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living, we are seeking a highly skilled Wellness Director to oversee the care performance of our teams within Assisted Living and Memory Care. This role is committed to providing clinical care at the highest practicable level using the Erickson Person-Centered Approach model of care.
This opportunity leads to a unique chance in our new Assisted Living neighborhood. The Wellness Director will oversee all clinical aspects of the new 72-unit building with the support of the Assistant Administrator, ADON, and Assisted Care Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a current RN license in the state where they operate, minimum 5 years of experience as a registered nurse, and management experience within a Home Health, Assisted Living, and/or Memory Care licensed setting.
The Wellness Director will be responsible for compliance with state, local, and company policies, procedures, and regulations. They will coordinate and provide clinical oversight and care to residents within Assisted Living and Memory Care, including medication management, pain management, wound care, nutrition, and respiratory care.
