Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized office management, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and equipment is functional.
- Assist with calendar management for appointments and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed, including personal assistant duties.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming at all times.

Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist, clerk, or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications relevant to office management.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
